the hotel is near the metro station. various bus stops are only a short walk away. i found many nice cafes and restaurants in the area.

The triple room was split into 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable with crisp white bed linen.

I found the carpet in our family room very old. It was sticky and dirty. The hotel needs to address this issue immediately.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues

The location proved convenient. It allowed easy access to a Monop grocery store. Walking to many popular sites was possible.

The check-in process was dreadful. I arrived after a long international flight and was asked to pay the city tax. The hotel's system failed to process payments from three different cards. The staff then demanded I find an ATM at 1 am in an unfamiliar city. It was unacceptable.
